Fran: I loved your story about John Anderson on the podcast. I met him in 1980 when I served as co-chair of his presidential campaign. I was (as I am still) disenchanted with politics as usual in this country and I was impressed with his intellect and common sense the like of which we haven't seen in a very long time.
