    Make no mistake, Ted Cruz doesn't know what he's talking about.

    ...which seems to be one of the top qualifications for right wing heroes. If they spout crap that they themselves don't understand, then that's a good sign to the faithful. Also helpful, being known to lie, cheat, steal, and best of all, hurt someone. they love that!
