Very powerful and I will help to make it go viral!
Nicely done, Bluegal. That is awesome. One of my blog buddies is black, and on a post subtitled "this can happen to you" she and another of her commenters mentioned that as African-americans, they are much more likely for that treatment; I... don't have much to say to that. And I live in Milwaukee, and much o fmy client base is AA. But as a white guy, I don't have that visceral experience.I recall talking, over a couple of drinks, with the owner of a jazz club we were working on, and he talked about 'driving while black'. He said he couldn't even start telling me stories, because is was too common.we have a way to go.
I hope you don't mind but I posted this on my Blog too - if I could I would have everyone in the world post it on their Blogs. When they come to drag us away I want to be able to say 'I spoke up'.Rory
Wow! Pretty powerful presentation. Execution is barbaric. How could the family of the original victim feel that they have closure, knowing that an innocent manhas been wrongly executed?
You're tough ~ that is amazing, Blue Gal. Good for you.
Awesome. Must share at my blog.
I really look forward to hearing what you have to say. I do moderate comments, but non-spam comments will take less than 24 hours to appear... Thanks!
