I got yer women in politics right here.

That's Theresa Heinz Kerry, who, yeah, owns quite a bit of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

But let's have fun and compare Theresa Heinz's Foundation:

to Cindy McCain's Foundation:

And let's not get into how her husband says she applies said foundation, shall we?

Okay, I kid, I kid. Of course there is a real "John and Cindy McCain Foundation". And I Googled it and provided a little emphasis for you:

Harper’s Magazine has taken a look at the giving by Sen. John McCain’s foundation and writes it has primarily given money to private schools his children have attended.

In the article by Ken Silverstein, he writes that from 2001 to 2006, the foundation awarded $1.6-million, with $500,000 going to Xavier College Preparatory and other “elite” schools the couple’s four children attended.

“There’s nothing illegal or improper about the foundation’s contributions,” writes Mr. Silverstein, “but it’s not exactly the pattern of giving you’d expect from someone who has cultivated an anti-elitist image.”

A spokesman for Mr. McCain told Mr. Silverstein that the giving simply reflected the couple’s charitable interests.

Well, as First Lady she'll probably be a lot more like Nancy Reagan than Laura Bush, then. You know, classy.

  1. I'm no expert on cosmetics (although I have a friend in St. Petersburg who sells Mary Kay, so if you're in Russia and in need of stuff, I can hook you up), but "La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer"? I don't get it.

If you've got caviar on your skin, why not just scrape it off rather than trying to conceal it? Hell, you collect all your skin caviar and get yourself some of those little triangles of toast and you and your friends -- the ladies who lunch -- can lunch.

  2. remember how teresa hienz-kerry was crucified in the media?

she always did have this foundation but people were more interested in calling her names, making fun of her hair, her outspokeness(gasp!)

people see what the media and the oppsing party wants them to see.

her husband wasn't the only one "swiftboated" during that election.

    sad.

  3. Ah yes, and our millionaire talking heads will tell us the millionaire Dems who push for programs to help the poor and middle-class are phonies, because come on, who really cares about other people? Meanwhile, the GOP millionaires who push for programs that benefit themselves and their pals are much more "authentic." Funny hoe corporate assholes prefer their own kind, like Commander Codpiece, the posterboy for undeserved privilege. Camels and needles, camels and needles.

Cindy McCain as first lady. Think Laura but even more doped up. Classy indeed.

You're only a phony if it looks like you're having a good time helping the poor and the downtrodden.

Really, one must look miserable and out of place with such people. And Cindy McCain has that "miserable and out of place" look down pat, what with her phony smile and her inability to relax the lower half of her face.

  6. Nice exposure of McCaveman's hypocrisy Blue Gal. Giving charitable donations to private schools his children attended. That is SO generous.

  8. I don't get it. I would think that if fish were laying eggs on your skin, even pancake makeup would probably be poor solution. I guess I just don't understand those rich people.

  9. Oh, poor Cindy. If her husband were president she'd have a 5th house to live in. That's a lot for a girl to manage.
I just did a blog post about how McCain gave half a disclosure. Yes, it turns out Cindy will keep her assets to herself. Better the country not know of their 100 million + status.
She's gonna need more of that caviar based foundation, as they stay up nights trying to put lipstick on this pig.
