Dear NAACP:

Sorry to hear you've been "snookered" by Andrew Breitbart. I suggest you do to him what the Southern Poverty Law Center did about the "snookering" from the Klan.

Take his assets.

Shirley Sherrod has valid grounds for suing, and you should represent her and take your ten percent.

And depose everybody, absolutely everybody, who could have possibly funded him in the past three years, and find out what they thought they were paying for. Deep pockets, my friends. Deep pockets.

I don't give a fuck if Rahm is a hostile witness. Neither should you.

UPDATE: Atlanta Journal Constitution is "asking the question" too.

How about some serious criticism from the MSM? When those guys are silent about Fox and these smarmy hatchetmen, it emboldens them and gives them standing in the public eye. They say never get into an argument with people who buy printer's ink by the gallon, but in this case, it would be worth a few quarts to defend the profession, wouldn't you think?

If that means forcing them to cover the lawsuit of someone's malicious attack on a good and faithful public servant, so be it.

It is so obvious that Breibart wants to "Acorn" the NAACP and it's time to put up or close up shop. The relentless targeting by the right against those who they perceive as easy targets because of their minority status has to stop somewhere.

I've said it before & I'll say it again, BlueGal has it "right" on the money. Even if it drags on for years like the Klan suit did, it's better to have them on defense spending $ they would otherwise spend with their morally bankrupt minions digging up videos to doctor and slander underfunded organizations who help mostly poor people.

May they leak green for years. Prison or probation would be icing on the cake!!!

  8. Yes. Yes. Absolutely yes. The NAACP has lawyers; this is something concrete they can do to fix their own role in this clusterfuck. Breitbart slandered her and cost her her job; she has a case and a half. I hope this reaches the right pair of eyes!

  9. Breitbart is an uncouth jackass who is lucky to be alive in the 21st century for his antics would have resulted in his demise were the code duello still in fashion.

Brietbart has literaly stated Truth does not matter; Watch him rave and foam when confronted with his ACORN lies, "Why does it matter? Why does it matter?"

  10. Amen is right, sue him back into the fucking stone age from whence he came! I live for the day people like Driftglass and Bluegal are invited on CNN to discuss the issues of the day, and people like Not-so-Breitbart are living in cardboard boxes under a bridge somewhere.

Heck, Rahm is always a hostile witness. Vaffanculo, Rahm.
