Outta town

Sorry I should have posted this before I skipped town.

I've skipped town.

Back on the blog Saturday.

All is well, visiting relatives with the Blue Gal Clan is all. Have a good rest of the week.

Isn't it nice that James Brown went ahead so Heaven would be funky enough for....Gerald Ford.

    My father was quite upset that Ford died, being that he voted for him and all.

    Mom cried when Carter was elected.

    My fantasy is that Ford croaked the moment he heard JB had died. "What?!" he exclaimed. "The Godfather of Soul? NOOOOOO!"
