Today has been an away from internet day. (That's not a bad thing.) 70's Elton again, my friends.

    One of the marvelous things about this album was the packaging...Quite a value to the young pocketbook, being a two-pocket gatefold with record on one side and librettos/poster on the other...A musical history of how Reg and Bernie begat Elton. A similar issue was Wings' Venus And Mars, with its posters and stickers.

    Kids with their CDs today have no idea...Its a bygone age.
