Feel Bad, Feel Better.

Looks like I've got to be the Quaker blogger for this week. He hit a rough patch in his life, (haven't we all?) so I'll carry the cross on this one, and yeah, you owe me one, QD. [Seriously, take care of yourself.]

Read this, feel bad:

Utah County [Utah State, too, in case you completely couldn't guess] Republicans ended their convention on Saturday by debating Satan's influence on illegal immigrants. [h/t Brat.]

Leave it to the Quakers, or Friends, to point out that No Human Being is Illegal. You can get signs, buttons, and t-shirts at the ASFC Store, but no explanation as to why the Quakers haven't jumped on the panties bandwagon yet.

  1. The trouble is that Quaker panties would have to be Plain. Meaning black.

And some people find that... alluring.

Thanks for the nice wishes and kind words.

  2. Well, if we're going to compare undies from various denominations, there's those special Mormon jobs that....never mind. It would just embarass Mitt.

Wow. Just read your link about Satan's Godless Brown Army hating on America. Pretty scary stuff!

...But I'm a little bit confused. Silly me, I thought most of the "illegal aliens" in this country were God-fearing Catholics from Mexico. And I thought they came here because they wanted to live the American Dream, not destroy it!

Boy, hats-off to Republican braniac Don Larsen for setting me straight on my goofy misperceptions. Wouldn't want to inadvertently invite The Debbil to squat here in the good ol' U.S. of A!

We now know that Mormons are the new Scientologists, or at least one of them.

  5. Now that [name your favorite 'used to be considered a minority'] have hit the mainstream, it's time to find the new minority to kick and it looks like America has found one.

I am just flabbergasted that so many people buy into Bush's bullshit and can't see it for what it is.

I was taught in school that you don't want to be enemies with the countries that border yours. Ya know, just in case you need a friend close by?

BG, is it something in the freaken water or what?

This topic leads to one of my pet peeves.

    "Illegimitate" children.

How can a child be illegimitate?

    The child is innocent !!!

This is the 21st century and that term is still used.

    AARGH !!!!!!!!!!!!
