Before I forget...

Daniel Schorr did a very nice job of honoring Justice Louis D. Brandeis on his 150th birthday.

It was also a very nice, yet subtle, smacking about the head and shoulders to the current administration and their mis-interpretations of the Constitution.

By the way, Mr. Schorr, those of us with a real Brandeis degree consider it our honor. It is an honor indeed to have you among us.

I didn't even know Schorr was still around. He probably remembers ol' Louie.

All I know is the big ugly statue (it was near Sherman, right?) and that wonderful musical middle name, so let's all sing for Louie D.

  2. The statue can be seen here under monuments.

Qwerty and Blue Gal went to Brandeis at the same time. NOW Daniel Schorr is eating his heart out.

  3. Daniel Schorr? He was there WITH Brandeis 150 years ago wasn't he?

  4. Alright, alright. Daniel Schorr is around 86 years old. You all should be whacking Republicans on NPR when you're that age.

Besides, he's only twenty years older than Mr. Blue Gal. That's still marriageable in my book.
